H.H. Sheikh Khaled Zayed Saquer Zayed Alnahyan

Group Chairman and Founder of Bin Zayed Group, a diversified UAE conglomerate established in 1988 with activities spanning Construction & Energy, Trading & Industry, Real Estate, Technology and Financial Services.

A business administration graduate of Boston University, he pursued doctoral coursework in Finance at Michigan State University. He has chaired or served on boards across leading institutions, including SALAMA, Tamweel, Dubai Islamic Bank, RIT, DREC (WASL), the Dubai School of Government and the UAE Insurance Authority. A committed civic leader, he supports youth, education and humanitarian causes, and is an active WEF/ABC participant and prominent speaker on the digital economy and policy.

Dr. Shamir Kumar Nandy

A Malaysian businessman and entrepreneur with more than 30 years across financial services and non-bank intermediation, wealth management, corporate advisory, property development and construction, green technology and renewables, sports and media, education, and healthcare.

He founded a Kuala Lumpur–focused group revitalising land and assets, and later led the takeover of Turiya Berhad (Main Market, Bursa Malaysia). He has also built a non-bank, Shariah-compliant financing platform and chairs an award-winning boutique advisory credited for contributions to Malaysia’s economic-recovery planning. He represents the Bin Zayed Group in Southeast Asia and is active in philanthropy and humanitarian work.

Dennis Chua

Executive Director of Bin Zayed (S) Pte. Ltd. and Bin Zayed International (M) Berhad, with additional directorships across select group companies. He brings over 20 years of banking and wealth-management experience with roles at Bank of Singapore, UBS AG and other global institutions.

A Bachelor of Business Administration (Distinction) graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, he also holds certifications in real estate, insurance and financial planning. Dennis pairs deep private-banking expertise with a growth-oriented lens on fintech, real estate, healthcare and other high-potential sectors, leveraging an extensive network to craft client-centric strategies and optimise transaction design, relationships and outcomes for the Group.

H.E. Sheikh Midhat Kamil Kidwai

A British-born business leader, qualified civil engineer and graduate of a Harvard management programme. Since 2008 he has served the Bin Zayed Group, applying a strong governance mindset and best-practice operating disciplines across oil & gas, real estate, construction, manufacturing and financial services.

Renowned for turnarounds and scaling execution, he blends strategic thinking with hands-on team building, structured troubleshooting, and rigorous operational and financial management — consistently lifting profitability and institutional resilience in complex, multi-sector environments.

Nor Shahmir Bin Nor Shahid

A veteran investment banker and corporate leader with more than 25 years across trading, project and corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, fund management and financial advisory in local, regional and emerging markets.

He began his career in 1995 at a Malaysian merchant bank and brings grounded expertise in chartered accountancy, Islamic finance and corporate finance. He has led business turnarounds, full-scale mergers and complex acquisitions for listed companies and financial institutions, serving in board, C-suite and senior roles while mediating multi-stakeholder interests. As Executive Director of Bin Zayed International (M) Berhad and select affiliates, he applies market insight and team-building to deliver results.
